Terms of Service

 

Effective date: October 24, 2026

These terms cover booking and renting a 360 photo booth or digital photo booth from ENC360 Photobooth Rental ("ENC360", "we", "us"), owned by Ronald Hart and based in Rock Hill, SC. They also cover use of enc360.com. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Who can book

Bookings must be made by an adult. The person who books is the client and is responsible for the booking and payment.

 

Packages

360 photo booth

  • Bronze (local only): 1 hour, $300

  • Silver: 2 hours, $425

  • Gold: 3 hours, $600

  • Platinum: 4 hours, $800

Every 360 package includes unlimited videos, an ultra HD ring light, 5 RGB lights, a custom overlay, general props and 1 attendant. Platinum includes up to 3 songs. Bronze, Silver and Gold include 1 song. Custom photo booth props are $20 extra.

Digital photo booth

  • Bronze (local): 1 hour, $150

  • Silver: 2 hours, $350

  • Gold: 3 hours, $450

  • Platinum: 4 hours, $600

The digital photo booth includes unlimited photos, LED lights, a custom overlay, props and a sharing station. Platinum needs a dedicated power source at the venue. If you want us to bring power, add $50.

360 + digital combo. You can add the digital photo booth to any 360 package for $300.

Custom overlays. Send us a description of your logo or theme. We create your overlay after we receive your details.

Prices on this page are current as of the effective date. The price in your booking confirmation is the price you pay.

 

Deposit and payment

  • A $100 deposit holds your date.

  • The balance is due by noon on the day of your event.

  • Organizations paying through a contracting office or an organizational account: we will set up payment terms with you when you book.

  • Payments are processed by Wix Payments.

  • We can provide invoices, a W-9 and an insurance certificate on request.

If the balance is not paid by noon on the day of the event, we may cancel the booking, and the deposit is not refunded.

 

Cancelling and rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel (see below).

  • If you need to change your date, you can move your booking to a new date if that date is open.

Tell us as soon as you can if you need a new date.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your event, we refund anything you paid beyond the deposit within 7 to 10 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are not refunded.

If we have to cancel, you get a full refund, including the deposit, or a new date if you prefer.

 

Travel

  • Our packages cover events within 60 miles. A travel fee applies beyond 60 miles.

  • The Bronze 360 package covers local events in Charlotte and Rock Hill. Please call us to confirm the distance before you book.

  • Weekday events are available. Please call us to discuss before you book.

For events more than 60 miles away, call us before you book and we will quote the travel fee.

 

Setup, space and power

360 photo booth

  • We arrive 1 hour before your event starts. Setup takes about 45 minutes.

  • Setup time does not count against your booked hours.

  • If you want us to set up earlier, ask us. Time the booth sits set up before your booked hours is charged as idle time. We will tell you the amount before you book.

  • Teardown takes 30 minutes to 1 hour after your booked time ends.

  • The booth needs an 8 x 8 ft space and a 10 ft ceiling.

  • No power is needed.

  • The booth can be used outdoors on a level surface.

  • Up to 5 people can stand on the platform at once, with an 800 lb maximum. There is no minimum age to use the booth.

Digital photo booth

  • The Platinum package needs a dedicated power source, or you can pay $50 for us to bring power.

We will confirm the space and power your digital booth package needs when you book.

 

Our attendant

Every package includes 1 attendant who runs the booth during your booked time.

Our attendant may pause or stop the booth if it is used unsafely, for example more than 5 people or over 800 lb on the platform.

 

Outdoor events and weather

The 360 booth can be used outdoors on a level surface.

Plan a covered spot in case of rain. If weather makes outdoor use unsafe, our attendant may pause the booth or move it to a covered area, or we can move your booking to an open date.

 

Late starts and extra time

Extra time can be added on the day if our schedule allows. We will tell you the price before we add it.

If the venue is not ready when we arrive, we allow a 30-minute grace period before your booked time starts.

 

Photos and videos

  • Each guest can get their photos or videos by text, AirDrop or email.

  • After the event, the client gets a link with all the photos and videos.

  • We may show event photos and videos on our website gallery and social pages. See our Privacy Policy for how this works and how to ask for a photo or video to be removed.

 

Damage to equipment

Major damage to the booth or other equipment caused by intoxicated guests, or by anything else outside ENC360's control, will be billed to the client for repair or replacement.

 

Using our website

You may use enc360.com to learn about our services and to book. Please do not misuse the site or try to interfere with how it works. The photos, videos, logos and text on the site belong to ENC360 or are used with permission.

 

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you book applies to your booking.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
