ENC360 Photobooth Rental ("ENC360", "we", "us") is owned by Ronald Hart and based in Rock Hill, SC. This policy explains what information we collect on enc360.com and at events, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our online booking form or contact form, or call, text or email us, we collect:

  • Your name

  • Your email address and phone number

  • Your event date

  • Your event address

  • Event details you share with us, such as the package you want, your theme or logo for a custom overlay, and any notes

Payment information. Payments are processed by Wix Payments. Your card details go straight to them. We never see or store your full card number.

Event photos and videos. At your event, our 360 photo booth and digital photo booth take photos and videos of the guests who use them.

Website cookies and visit statistics. Our website and booking platform uses cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping your booking details in place while you book. It also keeps basic visit statistics, such as how many people visit a page. Our site does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

 

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Answer your questions and send you quotes

  • Book, confirm and run your event

  • Take your deposit and balance payment

  • Send invoices, a W-9 or an insurance certificate when you ask for them

  • Design your custom overlay

  • Send your guests their photos and videos, and send you the full event gallery

  • Keep our website working

 

Texts and calls

We only call or text you about a booking or a question you sent us. We do not send marketing texts or marketing emails.

Reply STOP to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.

 

How event photos and videos are shared

  • To guests. Each guest can get their own photos or videos by AirDrop, text or email, or from a QR code or share link at the booth. To get them by text or email, the guest enters their own phone number or email address.

  • To the event organizer. After the event, the person who booked gets a link with all the photos and videos from the event.

  • On our gallery and social pages. We may show event photos and videos in the gallery on our website and on our social pages: Instagram (@_enc360photobooth) and TikTok (@enc360photobooth). We'll leave your event off our gallery and social pages if you ask. Just tell us when you book.

Want a photo or video removed? If you are a client or a guest and you want a photo or video of you taken down from our website gallery or our social pages, call or email us. Tell us which photo or video it is (a link or screenshot helps). We will remove it within 2 business days.

Photos and videos that a guest already downloaded or shared, or that the organizer shared from their event link, are outside our control.

 

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers that help us run ENC360, such as our website and booking platform, our email provider, the photo sharing service we use to deliver event photos and videos, and Wix Payments for payments. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

  • When the law requires it, such as to answer a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of people or property.

ENC360 does not sell or rent customer or guest information to anyone.

 

How long we keep information

We keep booking records as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. Event photo and video links stay up for a limited time after your event, so please download your copies soon after you get the link.

 

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the information we have about you

  • Fix information that is wrong

  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a booking that is still open or for tax and business records

  • Remove a photo or video of you from our gallery or social pages

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. Bookings must be made by an adult. Children may use the photo booths at events with the permission of the adult hosting the event. Parents can ask us to remove a photo or video of their child from our gallery or social pages at any time.

 

How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Card details are handled by Wix Payments, not by us. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure.

 

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
