Inland, Huntersville has barn and garden venues on private acreage for rustic weddings. Davidson's small downtown and the college area host rehearsal dinners and alumni events. Mooresville has lakefront estates, golf clubs and plenty of backyard parties at lake homes.
For lake homes and docks, plan the booth spot ahead of time. The platform needs flat, level ground and should be away from the water's edge. The booth works outdoors on a level deck or lawn, needs an 8 x 8 ft space and needs no power.
